This is a blitz game, so please don't sign up if you won't have time to play the endgame. Extensions will not be granted. Line up a sub ahead of time if you want to cover for unexpected sickness/holidays/whatever. The alternative is to stale.
If you know you're going to stale, please give notice so that the admin can force host when only staling nations are outstanding. Two consecutive stales without notice makes you an AI.
If more than one nation controls 100+ provinces in any turn, the nation controlling the most provinces wins. A tie is possible.
