Nations with Underwater Ability
I'm a bit confused on which land nations can build Underwater defence and/or have special underwater units. Is this all or are there other nations that have underwater ability?
What I know:
EA Agartha can build underwater defence and fortresses, with wet one units and commanders
LA Jomon can create underwater defence and fortresses with half-man, half seafood creatures and dragon mages
LA Atlantis can create underwater defence and fortresses with unsleeping shamblers, mages and priest.
LA Mictlin can create underwater defence, but not build fortresses nor has unique units.
