In a bit of a rut...
I've gotten into a bit of an MP rut. I've been playing quite a bit of Marverni, EA Caelum, and MA Marignon in my MP games. I'm looking for something a bit different to play. I was looking to play Helheim, but one of my opponents has chosen them to become a bit of an expert with them. Any other suggestions?

You could try out one of the water nations, they are quite a bit different.

Any preference on era?
Gosh, there are so many interesting nations to choose from! How about browsing Baalz's guides?

hat's what I've done. Nothing popping out at me though. I prefer EA over the other eras.

Doesn't Fomoria and Helheim play fairly similarly?

Re: In a bit of a rut...
I named fomoria because they had certain similarities with helheim, yes. But there's some differences, too. Anyway it seemed like an interesting direction to go if you want to play helheim but can't.

Re: In a bit of a rut...
Isn't fomoria a bit of a cross between Helheim and Niefelheim? You have glamored troops with some giants sprinkled in?
