EA Tempest -Permanent Neif Sub Needed

A permanent sub is needed for Neifelheim in the game Tempest, thread found here:

The previous player had a laptop problem which made him drop the game.

It's turn 27 and Neifelheim controls a good amount of provinces but has just entered a two sided war against Ermor and Mictlan. Graphs are off so not much information can be given.

A good challenge for anyone who thinks they're up for it.
