Sub wanted: MA Shinuyama in pointy sticks

Greetings,

we are looking for an early game sub for MA Shinuyama in turn 14.
Shinuyama is the current research leader, and otherwise a middle of the pack nations. It is currently at war with Black Rose Ulm which so far has been indecisive.
