Fixes for the north korean OOB
This should fix nearly all remaining issues, at least as far ground units.

As far can be read from US reports the north Koreans employed only captured American RCLs during the war. 1954-1955 would fit better with the availability dates of comblock RCLs.

Icon should be replaced by n. 3695
These units are armed with twin ZPU, while the current icon has only a single weapon, which is ok for some versions but does not fit the others.
Also weapon n. 50 14.5 ZPU-2 TMG could be reclassed as class 19 autocannon, to give the the ability to target helos (as probably intended by north koreans).

FC increased to 100
Radar is listed as FC: being a “premium” gun and reportedly needing an electric supply to operate it is indeed likely to be employed with radar support from prepared positions, like the AAA belt around Pyonyang, as per north korean practice.
Unit 293 S-300PT (and related wweapon n.217 5V55K S-300K) from Russian OOB should be imported with the following modification.
1)Availability date changed to 1/2010-12/2020
2)Name changed to KN-06
It seems the north Koreans might have cobbled together some S-300 lookalike.It was paraded around last year; there were some doubts about it being an actual system as opposite to a decoy but its existence has been confirmed by the south korean defense minister this year.
