Default US OOB 12 unit speed comments

For some reason I have been spotting a number of speed inconsistencies lately, here are two small ones for the US OOB.

1.) Unit 185 (105mm How M3) has speed 0 while similar unit 146 (105mm How M3) has speed 1. I would expect both of these to have the same speed.

2.) Dismounted armoured infantry squads (units 393-397) have speed 5 though their armament is not massively heavy (rifles, M1919A6 and bazooka). Would speed 6 be more appropriate?

Could this be a leftover from the earlier days when they had tripod mounted M1919A4 instead of the bipod mounted M1919A4 as the squad weapon?

About the M191A6: I was always under the impression that these guns were only issued post normandy.
