Romanian Mannlicher

Havent found best thread so made a new one.

Short and quick: I have recently noticed that Romanian nation 8mm Mannlicher rifle has accuracy of 0, same as pistols do. A bug or planned action? Other Mannlichers (from different nations, such as Bulgaria) are still acc 1, so are Romanian weapons such as vz. 24.
