"Realistic" country preferences?

Regarding game Preferences, I'm interested in learning from some of our WinSPWW2 vets what they think settings should be set at to be reflective of some of the principle combatants during WWII?

Ex Preferences: Spotting, Arty, Armor, etc
Ex USA, Germany, France, Britain, Russia

Has a list been created that has been vetted?

Searching, Hitting, Tank Toughness, Infantry Toughness.......100%
Troops quality.... XXX that sets the game to use all the factors we've built into the game and the OOB's

Battle points and Air Sorties is up to you


ALL Realism preferences .....SHOULD BE ON
Hidden Fire....... SHOULD BE ON
Auto Rally.....SHOULD BE ON

The rest are up to you.

Effectively:

"XXX" : Historical World War II.

Turning off Training and selecting your own troop quality allows you to game out "WHAT IF" hypotheticals -- like for example: What if Stalin didn't purge the Red Army so thoroughly and kill off all the really forward thinking officers before the war?
