Question Small Artillery Holes vs Big Holes

For the purposes of infantry receiving cover from suppression/casualties when they take fire, do big hole icons give it better than little hole icons?

I believe they have identical in-game effects - the difference is purely aesthetic (larger holes a result of larger calibre artillery)

Bigger shell holes come from bigger artillery/bombs. When going off, those have bigger HE effect, can drop bridges etc. and are more likely to rubble buildings.

They have the same cover effect, movement cost effect etc. as small shell holes once the initial "landscaping" is done.
