IDK when this happened but it was the speed...... it's supposed to be 4 and is 4 in the OOB but in that scenario, it's 100 and IDK of any reason why it would be set to that or when that might have happened. The scenario was built 18 years ago.
It's an easy fix and has been done in the master game.
The change DOES affect how the scenario plays in the first turn as the Dutch AA now gets a chance to shoot
