War Cabinet 0.8.2 bug notification

This message is a notification of some bugs in War Cabinet, which where discovered right after the release.

* The first bug is on the light side: an incomplete preferences error if no default game config is selected.

* The second bug is serious, it is currently not always possible to add savegames to a campaign dossier.

Both bugs will be fixed in an upcoming release.

ETA not yet known, but due to the nature of the second bug you can expect this sooner rather than later.
