Mining (again): percentage depletion

I thought for sure that if you added more remote mining components to a ship/base that the value of the planet's value would be decreased more per turn.

That is not the case.

So maximizing the per-turn mining ability of your remote miners is a MUST! (Or at least.. highly recommended )

Yep, remote mining always decreases the value by 1% per turn. This can be turned off in settings.txt, but it cannot be set to a different value.
