Where would you place Star Trek on the tech scale?

TNG- Not phased sheilds, perhaps shield 4? Combat sensers 3? Size battle cruiser? 4 APB's 4-5
The original series- cruiser size, perhaps 2 size 2 shields, APB 1's. Sensor 1's ?
How do the rest of you feel the time line equals the star trek shows/movies? Compared to the SEIV universe?
