"Homeworld Lost := 100
Any Planet Lost := 50
Any Planet Colonized := -10
Any Our Planet Captured := 50
Any Enemy Planet Captured := -30"

It occurs to me that with one more line and a slight change in this file (happyness.txt) we could make populations that dislike genocide

As it is, it doesn't seem to have any reaction form YOUR population when you run around glassing people's planets.
