New PBW Game Idea (SE4 classic)

Hi all.

So i've finaly decided to try myself at PBW, and i have an interesting perharps even new game idea.

The game is between 4-6 players.

I will not yet go to the technical parameters of the game, but i will instead tell the goal the the point of the game.

The game has the complete list of victory conditions:
Score Victory, Tech Victory, Peace Victory, Conquest Victory.

This way will the players play.
Each race receives its own goal, if it is to outresearch the enemies or conquer them or bring the galaxy to complete peace.
The game is played by default races. Each player receives 5k racial point, though the first 3k are used to race's default 3k setup, leaving you with 2k to customize your race. (all except adding racial technologies).

Conqueror race: Your goal is to conquer the rest of the universe. Most aggressive and battle-skilled races from the default set
Political Race: Your goal is to unify the galaxy in complete peace for specified time by any means.
Most cunning and political races from the default set.
Economy/Power race: Your goal is to outrun the enemy in score so your power will be so overwhelming the other races will have to surrender.
Any warrior/aggressive/economy-wise race from the default set.
Technologistic race: Your goal is to research technologies superior to the enemy. Any race with high intilligence from the default set.

I am willing to discuss the settings with anyone interested.
