Re: Bug in play Movement log
Questions:
Have you used the turn replay succesfully in previous turns?
Are you playing your turns on different computers? Like one turn at work, and the next turn at home, that sort of thing?
The Turn replay will not work upless you played the previous turn on the same machine. It's very wierd, I haven't pinned down exactly what's happeneing, but I know that much to be correct. But normally you don't get an access violation, you get a "Turn cannot be opened" error message, so something different may be happening to you.

I can't help with the original question but the replay needs the "_Lastturn.gam" file whichs is in the ...Gold\Temp" folder.

[insert sheepish grin]Well, duh.[/sheepish grin] I never saw that there. Thanks Dave. That does explain what I was trying to figure out all these months. Just goes to prove that no matter how long you play this game there is always sommething new to learn.

Re: Bug in play Movement log
The movement replay is so quirky that I almost never use it, but have you tried the one-day-at-a-time button rather than the complete replay?
