14 Star Trek Neutral Races
Here are the Neutrals that I have been using. Thanks for all the emails asking for them. I did not think any one would want them. There is a Read-me inclosed that outlines them all. Enjoy

I started my first game. The Selay Consortium just hosed a colony ship, @#%Q@#R, Then accepted a Trade Treaty.
What is it about Neutrals that shoot first and ask quesitons later?

I downloaded the neutrals, but I couldn't read the read-me file, since it was apparantly done in Winword. I don't suppose you can redo that file in notepad, since I don't have Winword or anything that would read a Microsoft word file.

If you are using any Windows OS, you can use Wordpad to veiw .doc files.
