Bridge, crew quarters and life support

Incredible, but I cannot find the answer to my question by searching the forum. So: What happens if in combat i loose my bridge, crew quarter(s) and/or life support ?

(Lose of all bridge/aux. bridge) or (loss of all crew quarters) or (loss of all life support modules) = Max speed drops to 1 on both combat and normal screens.

If you lose all of them or all engines...no movement. partial loss means ya go REAL slow
