Fryon's DeLux Quadrant and Proportions mod

I've been away for a while.

Can Fryon's delux quadrant patch and the Proportions mod be used together? Any gotchas?

I use FQM together with TDM with no prob. I would find it hard to believe that the FQM mod would cause probs because what i does is make more interesting maps, more planets and so on.
Check Imperator Fyrons signature to find a link to the site of the FQM where there's more info.
Anyway, if i where you i would just install it and test it in a game where you setup the game so that you can view all the systems from the beginning. Then you'll be sure the game is ok.
After that you can start a regular game.

FQM - Deluxe is a stand alone mod, and would require some additional modding and prodding and fiddling to merge it properly with any other mod.

FQM - Standard is designed to be compatible with most mods. (Save the FQM-generated map, then copy it to your other mod and play on it)

FQM will work with Proportions. But, be warned that the huge number of asteroids can be mined, which provides many times the resources of the HW. This is counter to Proportions' purpose, and the AI can't do remote mining. So, be careful.
