I wish the offensive and defensive bonus you get for racial bonuses would also show up when your making a new ship.

Racial Specialization
I have an idea for a new racial tech area. This ability would allow a race to specialize in one tech field area like shields, armor, missiles ... etc. You would select the ability in the race...
