Defence bonus

I wish the offensive and defensive bonus you get for racial bonuses would also show up when your making a new ship.

Which switch is that SJ? I don't think I've ever played around with that.

The relevent section of history.txt..

"26. Fixed - Combat modifiers were not always added together but instead were maxed during combat.
28. Added - Added a to-hit modifier display in the Add\Edit Design Window."

When editing a hull, the buttons go:
"Comp type" (menu)
"Weap Mount" (menu)
-spaces-
"To Hit Modifiers" (toggle)
"Condensed view" (toggle)
"Only latest" (toggle)
etc.

What it does is switch the "shields/cargo/supply" stat into "offence/defence" modifiers.

Is that a new toggle? I currently have patch4 installed at least until I finish my current game.
