Construction Level 9 (and beyond)

Is there any advantage to going beyond Construction 8? As far as I can tell, that is the highest level needed to forge any magic item.

Ordering Archers to Attach Enemy Archers ???

What happens if there are no enemy archers (or no enemy flyers, if "attack flyers" order was given)? Are my archers "smart" and know to default to attack closest?

CONVERSION RATES
God: 28
Prophet: 9
Home Province: 9
Temples: 225

I know these numbers have to do with my dominion...

Global Enchantments -- Are they Mine ?!?!?!

Is there any way to tell if the global enchantments that are up are mine? Yes, I read the msg that said, "You successfully cast Spell X," but do I have to remember that the entire game? Surely...
