3) The global enchantment Gift of Health cures afflications. If you want to reduce the afflications you get in the first place then regenerating commanders are far less likely to become afflicted....

I like the way water provinces create some geography on the map- continents, bottle necks, ports etc. Without them you have to rely on mountains to provide strategic interest and they slow movement...
