No PBEM is always automatic. Or else you would have to send a file for each turn of combat to each player. Can you say slow game down alot?

guys this is not a tactical combat game here. While I agree that some changes should be mage this game needs to be able to run the combat without human intervention to be effective....

If it says you do not have enough resources to maintian the ship you don't have enough. It could be with current build orders that all your resources are being used and there is nothing left for ship...

Just create BB hulls with nothing but PDC. That will usually clear off a large group of fighters.

Simple response is to builds Sats and ships with nothing but PDC on them. I have done so and at higher levels they kill fighters but the bunch.

I don't think that mine automatically destroy a ship. If the mine was weak enough and a larger enough ship passed through the components could absorb the bLast and still have enough left....
