Correction to this, I just played another turn from my opponent and this is what the counter reads:
We are on turn 8, I am player 1.
P1: 9 load, 8 quit, 4 failed
P2: 5 load, 5 quit, 2 failed...

He played the correct turn but forgot to update his zip. I unzipped the file he sent me, placed it into the PBEM folder and noticed it was an old turn and told him to update his zip which he did. ...

Yes, both sides are already on the map etc, as per a normal scenario you get with winMBT. Scenario attached, called Fintel Ridge.

I am doing this as it seems like a good idea. I ran a test against the computer AI and what I noticed is that the hits are realistic when playing the AI; 25% misses 75% of the time etc. In a PBEM...

I have seen the exact same thing. Missiles of all types have very low % hit chance. Cluster munitions have always been useless in MBT, the dreaded MLRS isn't so dreaded in this game. I for one...
