Yeah, it was the weirest thing. I fought with it for about an hour and finally decided to just start over, with the comps where they orginally were. I don't know why it happened. I had successfully reassigned the various stellar manipulation techs to their own areas, but no weapons, or stellar manipulations, showed up. Everything appears to work now, though. Hmmmmm.
