supply sharing bug in 1.84?

well, if the fleet does not have any experience, you could pull all the ships out and make a new fleet and put them all back in. (I assume this would erase any fleet experience, even if the new fleet had the same name)

can you do a save/reload and test it? Just an idea. I don't have that (or any) mod, so I can't SP test it for you. maybe one of the other players here can

That's always been my experience as well. The supply ship needs to have at least as much (or more) supply capacity as any other ship. If not, it will only resupply the remaining up to its own supply cap...
