Re: Katchoo\'s Shipset Thread (aka the ungodly slow DoGa guy).
Hey gang!
Here's a preview (Light Cruiser Class) of the Set i'm working on now:
We don't see too many ships with "animal prints" like the Narn had on Babylon 5, so that's why i've got the green tiger print going. Other than that, what's not to love about a ship with big green engines and lots of guns?

Its always nice when your engines take up more volume than the rest of the ship!
Nice work!

Yeah, that set has "propulsion experts" written all over it.
Has anyone ever written an AI for a set that takes advanced propulsion and then immediately maxes out research on engines? That would be quite a cool AI, and pretty dangerous too.

Any ideas for race portraits? If you're prepared to put up with my slowness again I'd be honoured to contribute.

Katchoo, I love that ship. I really do. Green tiger prints are the rat's nadgers are far as I am concerned...
I love the vaguely organic/tribal/slightly untamed/wild look they give a ship...
This one is kind of Lyran but nastier and meaner
Katchoo, I salute you

I like it, I like it.
Brings to mind an old expresion about the size of engines being inversly proportionate to something else. I just can't remmember what.
