What I want to know is why the game never seems to generate any planets with a rating below Unpleasant... the only way to get a Harsh or Deadly planet is through the use of rad bombs or intel... it's hard coded too, too bad, since it would be interesting to decide, do I colonize the paradise world with little actual value or the mineral rich world where my population won't reproduce at all?
