Yes it is, in fact we have graphical artists currently hard at work on the game.
The actual programming of the changes will not take too long and we have been working to get that finalized, look for an announcement in the near future. I can tell you this it will probably be one of our developers who ends up doing the majority of the code work for 82nd, but I won't say who quite yet
