I have not heard of a "Multimod"...

Perhaps you mean the mod launcher?
- You can edit path.txt to switch mods manually; the mod launcher lets you click to pick and run the mod.

Or do you mean installing multiple mods?
Or do you mean combining more than one mod and using them at the same time?
