Isn't Zulu time by it's definition not to change? IIRC all other time zones based their delta off "Zulu".... |

That's right, GMT or Zulu time does not change, it's the same all over the planet. With half the world in night at any particular time, and the southern hemisphere heading into summer, changing GMT wouldn't save any daylight anyway.

Our clocks got turned one hour forward, so we lost an hour on Saturday night.  (Saturday the 18th). Now we are 2 hours behind the UK and 3 ahead of the US East Coast.
