Planet capture bug

I was unsure of whether it had been fixed or not... I recall seeing people posting about the bug in 1.84?

I looked and could not find it in the history text. That does not mean it is not there though.

I dont think it has been fixed, pheonix had it happen in our KOTH game.

The seekers targetting on the upper left corner of a planet has been fixed in the past, but has returned.

Just like experience for kills with seekers, which worked once and got broken again. Hopefully MM will fix this again, too.
