You know what I find strange? Most people are under the impression that when we move the time back (in the fall) we gain an hour sleep. And when we move the time forward (in the spring) that we loose an hour sleep.
I always get the opposite impression. Take the time change this weekend for example. The first clock I see in the morning is on my computer, and It simply said 7:15 AM. I though WOW! I slept an extra hour Last night. In the Fall I get up and see something like 4:42 AM and say geeez, did I get up early or what? So with this in mind, it always feels like I got more sleep in the spring time switch.
Oh well, It's just me I guess.
Cheers!
P.S. Oh, and I obviously survived the time change so you can ad me to the list of survivors.
