Either that, or the Empire in question was made with different files. In fact, adding or removing an advanced trait will invalidate an Empire file, so it may be your problem if you are trying to load up a stock Empire file (or even one done under a different Version of the Star Wars mod).

Alneyan was right on the quick start, i have the system and star map up now. i tried to fix the racial points to 5000 and that didnt fix the normal game...i didnt change any race abilities, what i downloaded is pretty much what im trying to run /shrug im clueless hehe. well worst comes to worst i can still play empire or alliance on the quick start games.

well it crashes when i go to the second turn. maybe i installed in the wrong place its been quite a while since i did anything to this game, after i opened the files up i jammed the SWII file into the SPIVG folder....was i supposed to move files around or is that right? i cant remember please help i want to breathe some life back into a game i love!

Waht Version of SW mod do you have?
What Version of SE4 do you have (is it Gold)?

its the latest Version of the Starwars-ii mod, and im running Version 2.01 Mod Picker Utility to run my mods. atm i have Version 1.91 of SEIV gold.

Do you have a folder structure like that:
SEIVG\SWII\data\*.txt (bunch of files)?
Are you sure that your Version of the SW mod is latest and SE4 gold compliant? Where was pretty many confuses with preGold B5 mod around.

yes i have that folder, do i need to cut and paste the mod into it? and as far as having a gold Version for SW mod im not sure, i DL the one that is posted right now.
