Netscape is the only thing that can't download. everything else, including ie, is downloading fine. Where are these things?
As for SJ's processes idea, I don't recognize most of the stuff there.

Try uninstalling Netscape and reinstalling it. Make sure to back up your bookmarks file first...

Woah. You removed IE? That's a neat little trick, or some would say, an impossible task. Care to share how that's done? I'd like to do it to Outlook, Express, Media Player, the XP tour, etc.
