resupply

Resupply is ALMOST instantaneous... I've found that my ships end up within 60-100 points of their maximum storage as soon as they move into the sector containing the resupply depot. I have to wait for the next turn before they're actually at maximum supply level.

Yes... I believe that effect is because it resupplies before it deducts the cost of moving into the square... So resupply is in fact too fast!

Simply reversing the order should fix that then. Shouldn't be too hard imo.

Try the 'Empire Options' menu.

you are right it is there! However when I activated it I still did not see a R or S for resupply or spaceport. Where are they suppppopse to appear?

Right underneath the planet, in owner's color. Also, it won't show those owned by other players, without at least a Military Alliance (IIRC).
