Few improved AI for Proportions - I mainly modified construction_vehicle file to avoid "dead end colony ship bug" as documented by M. Belizarious in AI death match contest.

This patch is for the "Puntherraian Shipset". It replaces all the mini's. I rescaled all the mini's.

This repairs "ALL" the imgages. I forgot to set my new video card to 32bits. This will fix any of the masking problems! Sorry, for my screw ups!
