I noticed that too. It appeared when a system was deleted none of its objects were deleted but randomized to other systems.

I also get a access violation when I try to add a space object to a space on the galaxy map that does not have a system in it (to be expected but better error handling would be nice)

TO add a space object (planet etc) you must select a square on the system map. Then you can add a space object such as a planet.

I created a small testing system before this patch by setting my max systems to 10 in my settings.txt file and generated a small map. I made a 2 system map that I could use for testing.

If this is the place for editor questions, then I have one.
When placing a ring/sphere world, do you have to place it in the same sector as a star or just anywhere you want to.
The editors great for creating that "someone lived here before" feel to the galaxy.
