When editing a hull, the buttons go:
"Comp type" (menu)
"Weap Mount" (menu)
-spaces-
"To Hit Modifiers" (toggle)
"Condensed view" (toggle)
"Only latest" (toggle)
etc.

What it does is switch the "shields/cargo/supply" stat into "offence/defence" modifiers.
