Do the Last turn files exist still? Someone could take a look. If one doesn't pay attention to dominion (e.g. has a lack of temples, which Ermor often does due to low cash), then dominion could fade away while the pretender and prophet were away, especially if something else were going on to reduce it, such as sneaking priests/prophets/pretenders, maybe some global spells, etc., or just dominion spreading effects. This happened to another Ermor player who was about to win but didn't know about dominion.

That is a really odd thing to have happen to you. I've played the game quite a while and have never had that sort of bug.

I agree with PVK...you should have someone look at the turn file. It may be that you are mistaken about what happen. If you had plenty of dominion, though, it would be a major bug that no one else has described here. Which would be quite unusual to say the least.

I am not mistaken and the victory setup was standard. I always have the same setup/map with Ermor vs. (x)opponent, in this case Marignon. I do not have the save file being that ALL i have been doing since my kids have been home from school is playing this awesome game . I don't remember if i ate yesterday ...Anyhow, i have since beaten Marignon twice, always the same save file, and have had no problems. My dominion basically "vanished" because when i "continued" the game, before saving over it , my Prophet and God were alive two provinces away from where my dominion WAS...the flags were all white and no candles. I hit end turn and the Game Over message "you have no dominion, etc..." showed up.
