Default Translating "The Sundering" into english

For some time I have wanted to translate all the names in "The Sundering" to english, well, just for the hell of it.

But alas! I am not swedish, but danish. Although there are many similarities in our Languages, there are words i just don't know, and now I hope some swedes would like to help me translate the names that had me stumped. Let's begin:

"Tennudden", what on earth does that mean?
"Västväkt", west-something.
"Dimrike", dim, as in dark. I don't know?
"Urveden", is this just Ancient/Old forest, or something else?
"Vitterkäft", a Wight Mage commander. It has something to do with his jaw or mouth.
"Havskrona", not sure if this can be translated directly, but my guess is something like Kingsport"
"Midkrona", no idea. Again, something with King/Crown/Royal in it is my guess.
"Viddlanden", The Prairie, The Expanse, The Great Fields. I'm not sure.
"Gulvidda", The Yellow Fields, or maybe Yellowfields, or Goldenfields.
"Helshov", Hel's Court is my guess, but I'm not sure.
"Ursala", Ancient/Old Hall(s), maybe.

That's it. The rest of the names are translated, correctly, of course

A little disorganised, but perhaps the following
can be of some help.

Tennudden: tenn=tin, udde=peninsula(I think the english words is) outcropping of land into the sea
västväkt: westguard
dimrike: mistrealm or realms of mist
urveden: elderwood, ur=ancient, veden=firewood or older swedish form for forest
vitterkäft: vitter in this case from vittra=erosion or decay, käft=jaw, vitter in other cases could also mean knowledgeable
havskrona:seacrown
midkrona: mid=middle or halfway, krona=crown, middlecrown
viddlanden: vidd=expanse, landen= the lands, the far lands perhaps
gulvidda: gul=yellow, yellow waste, or the yellow lands etc
Helshov: hov=court in this case, helscourt
Ursala: elderhalls or oldenhalls, perhaps

I think you are better of using a bit of poetic license rather than trying to get direct translations, some of the names sounds ok in swedish but the direct translations come across as cumbersome in english.

Translating swedish fantasy names into english can be pretty funny since you can get all kinds of oddities. Here's my take on the toungewringers.

Tennudden = Tinspoint, The Tinpoint, The Tin Finger.

Dimrike = Mistreach, The Veiled Lands, Misthold.

Vitterkäft = Blightjaw, Withermaw, Fangs of all things end.

Viddlanden = The Unending Waste, The endless Desert, The Boundless Realm.

Gulvidda = The Amber Waste, Goldbarren, Yellowsands.

Havskrona = Oceans Crest, Sea Spire, Crown of the bounding main.

Midkrona = Midlands, Worldscrest, Crossroads Hold.
