The Jotun Utgard bug just renders that one theme unusable.

On the positive side, a very significant bug affecting game balance (dual casting of individual-targeting spells, notably Paralyze) has been fixed.

For that alone, I'd say the upgrade is worth doing.

Add to that commander renaming, the jump in viability for Mictlan, the new theme for Arcos, and the various other bug fixes...all of that is too much to resist. I just got my sold copy of the game Last night, and immediately upgraded to 2.08.
