Renaming allowed as default

In a v2.08 game, if you enable renaming at the time of creating the game, then you can. Else you cannot.

Perhaps for reasons of backwards compatibility between 2.08 and earleir games, they made the default no renaming. If they changed the default it is possible they would have made all 2.06 or earlier games invalid. And that would have been far worse and made many people very upset.
