Try --
Mage Bane (+5)
Lead Shield (+4)
Amon Hotep (+5)
Robe of Calius the Druid (+3)
Amulet of Antimagic (+4)

all of which should be cumulative for a total of +21, and leaves an ordinary infantry commander feet and one misc slot open.

Then watch as you get paralyzed by Petrify or smacked down by Wind Guided-Gifts from Heaven.
