i think i have to agree with pvk
at least 32000 for the whole world seems a bit small because if you play a 300 province map with ashen ermor included then this would be achieved quite quickly i guess

nobody has said so far that he has built enough leaders to come to the leaderlimit so i am optimistic that it is unlike in dominions 1 really not easy to come close too
