Easiest way for Footless to Fly?

I'm pretty sure Winged Helmet does not let you fly in a storm. Didn't work the one time I tried it, that's for sure.

The Winged Helmet rumor is just a particularly pernicious bit of propaganda and disinformation, and has no real basis in truth. Besides, if you tried to fly by means of something attached to your head, you would likely break your neck.

The newest Version of the MIQR reflects this. Apparently it did allow you to fly in storms in Dom1, but no longer allows this. However, it does provide a "Storm Bonus" AFAIK and hasn't been changed.

Edit: The newest Version of the MIQR is Version 3.0 that has been out for a few months at least. If you have a less recent Version it would be best to find the newest Version at your nearest Dominions 2 Grocer where Fresh Beef is sold.
