Wish spell...

Hi,

Ok, a noob question. I've never reached the point where I can cast Wish before but in a long-running MP game I'm working on getting a mage who can cast it. When I finally get to the point where I can cast it how does it work? Let's say I want to wish for artifact Greenstone Armor (not that I would, seems pretty crummy for a wish btw ). Does a text box come up and I type in "Artifact Greenstone Armor"? Or if i want a doom horror does a text box come up and I type in "Doom Horror"?
