For extra fun, Gift of Reason the Eater of the Dead and give him the Gift of Kurgi to fill one of his (two, IIRC) misc slots. It's not just an Eater of the Dead, it's a -flying- Eater of the Dead.

It's not very practical, perhaps, but it may be bizarre enough to amuse.
